All products are made on demand through our fulfillment partner. This means each item is produced specifically after an order has been placed.

Since TORK products are custom-made upon order, the right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with EU regulations regarding personalized or made-to-order goods.
Returns based on incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind are not accepted.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
